A freelance writer with copywriting, social media and journalistic experience, Rebecca When I’m Posh compiles personal thoughts and musings in blog form.
Previous publications include The Master Photographer’s Magazine and Sussex Living.
I strictly go by the name of Becky…
Rebecca brings back horrific memories of primary school days and being told off by my mother. If she dared call me Rebecca now, I’d assume the world was coming to its horrific and climatic ending. Or that she was overreacting.
As a simple Sussex girl with aspirations of living the cosmopolitan lifestyle in the big city, I try to stray from the likes of our local Whetherspoons, adapting more cultural pastimes such as classical music and book reading.. minus the book reading.
‘Rebecca, When I’m Posh’ is a collection of thoughts and musings about modern life; growing up as a creative tart who skived the bounds of university to buy a car instead.
Perhaps one day I’ll be writing as Rebecca; the modern metro woman, reporting from the streets of New York and discussing serious issues such as cultural divides and education amongst the poor.
But until then, here are the inner thoughts of Becky.
